Dell Vostro 400 Ethernet Driver Download Install Update
Did this solve your problem? Sorry this didn't help. The Vostro has drivers for XP and Vista bit only. With no proper Windows 7 driver support, it is unlikely that you would get anything other than mediocre performance..
I've done this on a Vostro Vista 32 bit drivers should work just fine for Win7. The truth is Win7 is really just SP3 of Vista. They are very closely related. In worst case, you can buy a video card and install it. If you don't try to go for a high-end video card, they are not terribly expensive. Tell us about your experience with our site. I recently installed windows 7 on a Dell Vostro pc with 32 bit OS that originally had windows xp. The issue I have is that the screen resolution will not go any higher than X I have tried to find a video driver upgrade so that I can increase this resolution but all of the updates they list are for windows xp or vista.
I just dont know which one to try to download, especially since they are all so outdated from or The main reason for trying to do this, is when you split a screen with two seperate windows, the information will not fit on the windows. It makes you use a slider. I have tried to change all of the settings but the info just wont fit with the current resolution. If I am missing something or am just plain out being dumb please let me know.

How satisfied are you with this response? What is the video hardware in your Vostro? If Dell doesn't have a Windows 7 32 bit video driver, the Vista driver may work.
If not, look at the video hardware manufacturers site. If it is NVidia look here http: I am having the same problem there seems to be not much resources on these computers. I recently bought a new hard drive and loaded Win 7 but have had the same problems as you. I used Win-7 SP2 on this computer and seems like there is not much else. It seems to me that the Win-XP sound and video were one step above the Win Is it maybe because the Vostro was branded for an European marked??
In reply to ticomax's post on September 27, Canadian Tech Replied on August 31, I am installation of windows 7 to this pc. This site in other languages x.
