I have had your problem too. When I have returned to windows 8. I make a factory reset my computer with a pendrive I have prepared before and now it work fine. Despite you do not have it, maybe you can do it in windows 8. You need a 16gb pendrive. F9 worked for me but you have to shutdown the computer hold-pressing power.
