Asus Eee Pc 1005ha Acpi Driver Windows 7 Download Install Update
Windows 7 install also coming soon Hello Andrew, thank you very much for the useful information you have written! I thought it was the CMOS battery, but it's quite strange after only a year I therefore updated the BIOS to the latest compatible version; everything worked fine, except for one small thing: I keep getting the same error message!
This is my problem: Could you please help me and tell me what to do? I would very much appreciate it. Thank you for everything you can do! It would have been cool if you had started your upgrades with Windows 7 so that you could use the Windows Experience Index as a simple baseline for the hardware upgrades. Still, many thanks for doing this blog. Exactly what I needed to upgrade my own ! Tell me please, is it hard to reinstall operating system, I don't want to use Ubuntu, I wanna use Windows 7, what I have to do to change OS?
Hi, I am John working in IT company. Cause of busy I work in my home so, I need a high-configaration which is one of the best computers. So, I was feeling worried about the best computer. By friend suggest me to visit your website and got it. This is really good product. Specially RAM, graphic, and all configaration are good.
If you need your ex-girlfriend or ex-boyfriend to come crawling back to you on their knees even if they're dating somebody else now you got to watch this video right away I hold no responsibility if you cause any damage to your PC and anything seen on this website is undertaken at your own risk. Saturday, 9 January Installing Windows 7. I had an absolute nightmare installing Windows 7 on my ! If not read on and it will be fine. This is how to do it: With the computer off, plug in your Windows 7 USB drive.
Using the cursors, move along to "Boot" and change the boot device priority to the USB drive. Then press F10 to save and exit. Leave the PC to start up and it will start the Windows 7 setup - it will say something like "Windows is loading files".
Next you need to choose the language and keyboard setup - for me English UK. Then click on the "Install Now" button.
You must agree to the licence terms etc. Then I chose "Custom Advanced ". Once that it done it will restart and finalize the installation etc and then you get to choose a user name and a computer name. Then it is time to put in your product key - do this and you might as well let it activate itself straight away if you don't wish to you have 30 days to do so. Now you are done and can start playing with Windows 7 and all of its great features.
Don't forget to install the drivers for the HA found here: Again look at the ASUS website on how to do that. I said at the top and had a lot of difficulties installing it even though I have described it there and it sounds straight forward.
The problem with me was that I did all of that and it said my product key was incorrect which I checked and knew was wrong. It turns out that because I had the "Upgrade" only version I could not install it onto a blank hard drive or brand new SSD in my case. To sort this out you first have to install XP from your recovery disk explained in the Upgrade Time part of this blog and do all of that, then start at the top of this guide and install Windows 7 over the top of it, formatting the partitions etc.
Only then did my product key work as it worked out that I had upgraded Windows rather than starting afresh. The easiest way to avoid the problem is to buy the normal version although that is more expensive.
I hope this helps, if you have any problems leave them as comments and I'll see if I can help. Posted by arej at Elena 27 April at Anonymous 2 May at Asus MX 8 November at Blogger 25 September at
Missing ACPI driver after upgrade to windows 10
I saw a few incomplete guides out there, including the one that I used to install Windows 7 on my eee PC I figured this would be a good time to make a guide specifically for you in the same situation as I was. The installation is actually remarkably straight forward. A lot of guides will tell you you have to run compact on the drive. So running compact is not neccesary if you do not want to. Windows 7 actually detects more hardware directly after install than Windows XP does. This device also controls the eee PC specific hotkeys.

Sorry this didn't help. I also had this problem with an Asus EEE px. It also would not wake from sleep mode, having to do a hard reset to restart it. I didnt think it was worth upgrading to Windows 10 for the asus eee running on windows 7. In addition to the issues above, it also ran slower in general, there were compatibility issues with old software, and startup took a long time, compared to my windows 8.
